Mackinac is the French spelling with a silent โcโ that’s pronounced โaw.โ When Mackinaw city was built they changed the spelling to the way it sounds with the “aw.” We’ll also make two stops in the charming town of Frankenmuth, known as “Little Bavaria” for it’s German heritage and architecture, and visit Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland.

Join us on a Christmastime tour to explore the majestic Biltmore Estate, beautiful Asheville North Carolina, the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and the Billy Graham Chapel at The Cove.
ADA NOTICE: This tour may not be suitable for some mobility impaired individuals. It requires walking several blocks at a time on uneven sidewalks and natural terrain. Guests must climb at least 7 steps unassisted to board the motorcoach. Some attractions, restaurants, restrooms, etc. will not be accessible / ADA compliant.

Parking: We have people who drive to travel with us from all over the state of Alabama (and some from other states).
~ We have an agreement to allow our cars to remain in the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church parking lot for the duration of our trip.
~ You may also have someone drop you off.
Hotel: If you need a pre or post tour hotel night(s) to be closer to the pickup location, let us know and we will give you a quote. If we have a lot of people driving in, we will negotiate a group rate for a hotel.

- Visit the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center and see โThe Blue Ridge Parkway โ America’s Favorite Journeyโ, a 24-minute film shown in High Definition surround sound and using breathtaking aerial photography.
- Visit the Billy Graham Training Center and Chapel at The Cove.
