I understand that I am accepting the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) promotional airfare offer. NCL books the flights and will lock in the flights at approximately 30 days prior to the cruise. NCL chooses the airlines and flight times and actually tickets the flights. Anderson Travel and Tours has no control over the booking of the flights. Once final payment is made, the airfare is ticketed with a placeholder by NCL and no changes can be made. All guests staying inside the same cabin are guaranteed to fly together. NCL cannot guarantee that guests in separate cabins (separate reservation numbers) will be booked on the same flight. Once NCL sends the flight confirmations, Anderson Travel and Tours can select seats for you (on most airlines) and offer any upgrades available. (on most major airlines) Your contract will be based on the terms of the individual airline. If there are flight delays or cancellations, you will work with the airline to make changes. Once a new flight is set, you will contact the NCL air hotline to inform them of the change so they can modify your ground transfers. If no alternate flights can be booked to get you to your destination, travel insurance must be filed.
I do not accept the NCL airfare promotion. I would like a quote on direct airfare, transfers and/or hotels.
If you need to connect reservations, ensure guests in separate staterooms (separate reservation #s) have the same flights and/or connecting hotel rooms, please select direct air and direct hotel rooms vs. the NCL promotional air-transfers-hotel.
