* Cruise First Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CASH.. If you purchase a Cruise First Certificate to apply to your deposit, any refund of the deposit (in the event of a cancellation prior to final payment), will be returned to the certificate. You have 3 years to use your certificate toward a future cruise deposit on any cruise that is more than 120 days from the original purchase date of the certificate. Note: the cost of the certificate will credit directly back to your NCL Certificate and remain on your NCL account for future use. Anderson Travel and Tours charges a $50 cancellation fee per person after a booking is completed whether you use a certificate or pay your deposit in full. The cancellation fee will be payable directly to Anderson Travel and Tours by check/cash only.
* NCL uses IDme to verify military service. You will need to create an IDme account at https://www.id.me (if you don’t already have one). Once you have an approved IDme account, we can connect it with NCL so you’ll receive the discount.
Note: no wet cell batteries are allowed – please check your battery if you plan to bring your own.
We will complete a form so the cruise line will have distilled water and an extension cord available for you.
I understand that I am accepting the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) promotional airfare offer. NCL will lock in the flights at approximately 30 days prior to the cruise. NCL chooses the airlines and flight times. Once final payment is made, the airfare is ticketed with a placeholder by NCL and NO CHANGES can be made. You are accepting the flights NCL books for you with no changes. All guests staying inside the same cabin are guaranteed to fly together. Once NCL sends the flight confirmations, Anderson Travel and Tours can select seats for you (on most airlines) and offer any upgrades available. (on most major airlines) Your contract will be based on the terms of the individual airline. If there are flight delays or cancellations, you will work with the airline to make changes. Once a new flight is set, you will contact the NCL air hotline to inform them of the change so they can modify your ground transfers. As with any major airline issues, If no alternate flights can be booked to get you to your destination, travel insurance must be filed.
