I understand that I am accepting the Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) promotional airfare offer. NCL will lock in the flights at approximately 30 days prior to the cruise. NCL chooses the airlines and flight times. Once final payment is made, the airfare is ticketed with a placeholder by NCL and no changes can be made. All guests in the same cabin are guaranteed to fly together. Once NCL sends the flight confirmations, Anderson Travel and Tours can select seats for you (on most airlines) and offer any upgrades available. (on most major airlines) Your contract will be based on the terms of the individual airline. If there are flight delays or cancellations, you will work with the airline to make changes. Once a new flight is set, you will contact the NCL air hotline to inform them of the change so they can modify your ground transfers. If no alternate flights can be booked to get you to your destination, travel insurance must be filed.

Air Promo NOTE:

All guests in the “same cabin” are guaranteed to fly together. NCL cannot guarantee that guests in “different cabins” will fly on the same flight or with seats together if on the same flight. Each cabin reservation is handled separately and cannot be linked with another cabin on promo flights. If you MUST fly with guests in another cabin, we will need to book your air direct. Do not accept the 2-for-1 promotion.
