Please note that things are changing rapidly each day and the information listed here can change at any moment! We will continually monitor and update with new information.
What’s listed under each company below is just a “highlight version.” Please refer to the individual website for each resort, hotel, cruise line, theme park, attraction, etc. for complete details, fine print and disclaimers.
Most companies are offering some form of cancellation protection if you book travel within the next few months. So, if you have a trip you’d like to book or you have one already booked, you can rest easier knowing there are more protections in place!

Guests with current bookings through May 31, 2020:
~ Guests may change their reservation date and receive a 100% credit toward a future Adventure.
~ Guests can select a new travel date and/or an alternate Adventure by December 31, 2020.
~ For guests traveling April 1 through April 15, 2020, a change must be made 24 hours prior to the adventure start date.
~ For guests traveling April 16 through May 31, 2020, a change must be made 14 days prior to the Adventure start date.
~ If desired, a guest can “park” their reservations through December 31, 2020 for travel on any available date thereafter without incurring any additional fees. If a decision is not made by December 31, 2020, parked payments made will be forfeited.
~ Reservations moved to a new date will be at the prevailing rate.
~ Guests who choose to cancel their booking will incur a normal cancellation fee imposed by Disney.
Dollywood ® Parks and Resorts
Dollywood ® Theme Park – the season grand opening to park guests will be postponed until March 28, 2020.
Dolly Parton’s Stampede ® will be closed until further notice.
Dolly Parton’s Pirates Voyage ® will be closed until further notice.
Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa ® will remain open at this time.

Great Wolf Lodge ®

Guests with reservations during the closure period will be automatically cancelled and issued full refunds. Please be patient, it may take 7-10 days.
Guests with reservations to arrive April 1 – 17, 2020 have the option to apply their deposits to any future stay at Great Wolf Lodge ® through November 18, 2020.

There are many shows shut down until further notice in Las Vegas and New York City. If you have reservations, please look up your show online or call to find out the dates of closure. Refunds are being offered, but contact the same place where you purchased your tickets for information.

Bookings made between March 4 and April 15, 2020 qualify for a Stress-Free booking policy which means they may be modified or cancelled with no fee at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Blue Man Group’s shows March 16 – 31, 2020 have been cancelled.
The opening of the new hotel, Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites, is being postponed and a new opening date will be announced at a later time. Guests with bookings at Dockside Inn and Suites during the closure period through March 31, 2020 will be relocated to its sister property, Surfside Inn and Suites. For Guests with new and existing bookings on cruises departing March 9 – August 31, 2020:
~ A new Cruise with Comfort program offers guests who opt in to have the flexibility to cancel their cruise up to 24 hours before the cruise package is scheduled to begin and will receive cruise vouchers equal to 100% of all amounts paid.
Carnival Cruise Line ®
All sailings are suspended through April 9, 2020.
For guests with cruises booked March 14 – April 9, 2020 the following is offered:

100% Future Cruise Credit
$300 Onboard Credit per stateroom on next cruise if booked by 12/31/20 for sailing by 12/31/22.

~ The Future Cruise Credit is based on the cruise fare for this voyage and any monies paid for Fly2Fun air.

(Regardless of the option chosen, taxes, fees, port expenses, Carnival Vacation Protection, pre-paid gratuities, pre-purchased Carnival shore excursions, beverage and Wi-Fi packages and Fun Shop purchases will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment. )

Disney Cruise Line
All sailings suspended through April 12, 2020.
Guests with Disney Cruise Line ® bookings through April 12, 2020 will be offered:
Option A
~ 125% Future Cruise Credit to use on a future sailing within 15 months of the original sail date.
~ If a future cruise credit is selected and the guest can’t travel, they will be eligible for a refund up to the amount they paid in full.
~ Standard prevailing rates will apply for future cruises.
Option B
~ 100% Refund
(Disney Travel Protection cost is not refundable unless it’s within the 14 day review period from the time it was added to the booking)
~ Guests with bookings from April 13 – May 31, 2020 may move their reservation to a hold date. They can book a new sailing that must depart within 15 months from their original sailing date.
~ On Friday, March 13, 2020, the Canadian Government announced they will not allow any ship with over 500 passengers to dock in any Canadian port through July 1, 2020, at the earliest. Decisions are being made regarding Disney Cruise Line ® Sailings scheduled to embark/debark in Vancouver prior to July 1, 2020. Guests will be contacted by email with further details.
Holland America Line ®
All sailings suspended through April 14, 2020.
~ Guests may cancel their cruise or Alaska Land & Sea Journey departing through October 15, 2020. Book select 2020 cruises for great offers plus you can cancel for any reason and receive a Future Cruise Credit.
~ Cancel within 48 hours on cruises departing before July 31, 2020.
~ Cancel within 30 days on cruises departing August 1 – October 15, 2020.
MSC Cruises ®
All sailings suspended from Miami through April 30, 2020.
Guests with Cruise sailing dates of March 14 – April 30, 2020 will be offered:

Option B
~ 125% Future Cruise Credit of the original cruise fare paid. Government taxes and fees and prepaid items will be refunded to the original form of payment. The Future Cruise Credit can be used on any sailing departing on or before December 31, 2021.
Norwegian Cruise Line ®
All sailings suspended through April 10, 2020
Guests with sailing dates March 18 – April 11, 2020 will be offered:
Option A
~ 125% Refund of the cruise fare paid in the form of a Future Cruise Credit which can be applied toward any future cruise through December 31, 2022.
Option B
~ Receive a 100% refund of the fare paid reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of completing the request form which will be available March 23, 2020.
For all new and existing bookings that embark from March 10 – September 30, 2020, cancellation may occur until 48 hours prior to vacation date for a 100% Future Cruise Credit which may be redeemed on any Norwegian sailing embarking on or before December, 2022. (Cost of travel insurance is not included in the Future Cruise Credit) If Travel Insurance was purchased through Norwegian and a sailing is canceled for a covered reason, the guest will be asked to file an insurance claim and if approved, the Future Cruise Credit will be deactivated.
Princess Cruises ®
All sailings suspended through May 10, 2020.
Guests with Cruises sailing May 11 – July 31, 2020 will be offered:
~ Ability to cancel up to 48 hours prior to sailing and receive a Future Cruise Credit for the amount of the cancellation fee.
Guests with Cruises sailing August 1 – October 15, 2020 will be offered:
~ Guest who book by April 30, 2020 can cancel their cruise up to 30 days before sailing and receive a Future Cruise Credit for the amount of the cancellation fee.
(Future Cruise Credits are non-refundable. To be eligible for these revised cancellation terms, bookings must be made on any cruise departing by December 31, 2021.)
Royal Caribbean International ®
All sailings suspend through April 10, 2020.
Guests with Cruises sailing March 13 – April 10, 2020:
Option A
~ 125% Future Cruise Credit based on the guest’s total cruise fare. The credit should be received by April 13, 2020.
~ All pre-purchased amenities or onboard packages will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment.
Option B
~ 100% Refund (refund requests are available through December 31, 2021).
Existing and new bookings made now and for sailings through July 31, 2020:
~Guests will be able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to sailing and receive a 100% Future Cruise Credit of any monies paid to Seabourn.
~ Guests will also be able to make a new booking using the Future Cruise Credit to book by December 31, 2020 for any published voyages(s) departing prior to December 31, 2021.
Viking Cruises ®
All river and ocean sailings suspended through April 30, 2020.
Guests with cruise sailings March 11 – April 30, 2020 will be offered:
Option A
~ 125% Future Cruise Credit of all monies paid to Viking.
~ Guests have 24 months to use their Future Cruise Voucher to make a new reservation on any river, ocean or expedition cruise.
~ If the guest can’t use the voucher for some reason, they will automatically receive a refund equal to the original amount paid to Viking after the voucher expire
Option B
~ Full Refund in the amount of monies paid to Viking. (this choice must be selected by March 25, 2020)
Guests who book new cruises through April 30, 2020:
~Guests will have the option to change the cruise date up until 24 hours prior to departure.
~ All change fees will be waived.
~ The guest has 24 months to select a new cruise date.
~ This can be combined with all other Viking offers.

Choice Hotels®
~ Guests with existing reservations, including non-cancellable pre-paid rates made directly with Choice Hotels can make changes or cancel without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020.
~ Guests with new reservations made between March 15 and April 30, 2020 can change or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Hilton ®

All existing reservations made before March 13, 2020 for stays through April 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. This included Advance Purchase Rate reservations.
New reservations for future travel made between March 13 and April 30, 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival. This includes Advance Purchase Rate reservations.
InterContinental Hotels Group ® (IHG)
(examples: Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, Kimpton, etc.)
~ Cancellation fees for existing and new bookings are being waived at all IHG hotels globally for stays through April 30, 2020.
Marriott International ®
(examples: Sheraton, Westin, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Springhill Suites, Residence Inn, etc.)
Guests with existing reservations scheduled to arrive before April 30, 2020 can change or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before scheduled arrival.
New Reservations that are booked by April 30, 2020, for any future arrival date, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival.
~ Guests who are prohibited from traveling to their booked hotel under applicable law will have their cancellation or change penalties waived on direct bookings.
~ Globally, for existing bookings, all properties are required to accommodate non-cancellable rate reservation changes if the request is received at least 48 hours prior to arrival and the same number of room nights or more are booked for a future stay.
